Just be ..


Yes, sometimes what we need is just be. Just be yourself doing nothing. Even if it is as small as 10 minutes or even more than that. That time of just being is very soothing, relaxing and rejuvenating. Just close your eyes and sit quietly or you can even lie down. Don't worry about thoughts coming in if any. Let them flow. Don't force and stop them however don't get carried away with them. Just let everything be as it is. Some may call it meditation, some may call it break, same may call it me time, whatever you call it but make sure to get that little treat to yourself. It is an act of self-love, self-care. This calms the mind, body and even the soul. Playing any instrumental music or a mantra chanting whichever calls to you will help further. Just be with yourself. Give yourself that little break which your mind craves for. Silence is very powerful. Silence is very healing. Even 10 minutes of silence helps a lot to revitalize. This time helps us to be in that present moment irrespective of how difficult situation we are going through. This will help rejuvenate the body, mind, soul, recharge our energies and start fresh after that. I will call this time as a spiritual retreat. Don't hesitate to gift yourself more such spiritual retreats as it will make you more balanced and happy, radiating the same to people around you :)
